What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business problems and propose scalable post-sales processes throughout the customer journey.
• Analyze and map current state workflows to identify and implement process improvements.
• Design and deliver efficiency solutions within integrated systems including Salesforce, Smartsheet, Salesloft, and Gainsight.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to track solution effectiveness and use data to drive ongoing innovation.
• Own the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment to UAT and launch.
• Create user stories and technical specifications to communicate functional requirements to developers within the SDLC.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS business operations with deep knowledge of the customer journey.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce is required, including a solid understanding of best practices.
• Proven track record of leading business transformation or cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Experience creating process maps, writing technical user stories, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ability to independently manage a portfolio of projects and BAU tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to simplify complex problems for various stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gainsight, Salesloft, and/or Smartsheet.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related engineering field.
