What you will do
- Execute the Lead & Opportunity Management process to build and mature the sales pipeline.
- Conduct inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting across target accounts and segments.
- Qualify prospects through discovery conversations to identify business needs and buying intent.
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for calls, meetings set, and pipeline conversion rates.
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities.
- Mentor SDR I team members by sharing best practices and guidance.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or inside sales.
- Experience within SaaS or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
