What you will do
- Engage inbound accounts via outbound phone calls to qualify and convert to daily users.
- Re-engage previous customers and maintain lead and customer engagement using phone, texts, and email through Salesforce CRM.
- Build product expertise to run product demos via phone and screen sharing.
- Follow up with existing customers to regain interest and pass qualified accounts to the Onboarding Account Executive team.
- Use cold/warm calling, objection handling, and customer qualification techniques to improve sales performance.
- Create and maintain Salesforce CRM pipelines and activity reports, and keep user information updated across tools.
Requirements
- Local to the Austin, TX or Bee Cave, TX area for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 1 day from home).
- At least 6 months of experience in an inside sales role with demonstrable success placing cold calls to generate and qualify leads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn products and explain them in a way that resonates with potential customers.
- Ability to use structured selling methods and communicate respectfully and constructively under challenge.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
