Salary: $70,000–$90,000 Annually

What you will do

• Provide leadership and supervision for assembly and repair teams to ensure operational effectiveness.
• Utilize ERP systems to track work orders, material movement, and labor utilization.
• Monitor product quality, safety standards, and compliance with SOPs.
• Assist in hiring, professional development, and performance management of production staff.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to facilitate the implementation of new products.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Salt Lake City, UT
• Four years of related experience with at least two years in a supervisory role.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency with computer-based ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in electronics or mechanical assembly industries.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated compliance-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of QSR and ISO13485 regulations.
• Understanding of medical validation requirements and testing.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
