What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of operational quality technicians using the See-Do-Teach Method and performance management.
• Ensure all products conform to established hirify.global and customer specifications and quality levels.
• Direct the implementation and maintenance of the Quality System and plant's ISO 9001 QMS.
• Conduct quality process and product audits to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate production capabilities through quality KPIs and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with customers and North America HQ on technical nuances and product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Engineering degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience managing in a manufacturing facility.
• Strong understanding of ASTM, UL, ICEA, and ISO 9001 standards relevant to low voltage building wire.
• Proficiency with quality tools for analysis, problem solving, and metrological knowledge.
• Knowledge of auditing methodologies, validation protocols, and risk assessment processes.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Sedalia, MO.

Nice to have

• Mechanical engineering and/or metallurgy background.
• Experience within the wire and cable industry.
• Six Sigma or ASQ certifications.
