Quality Manager (Advanced Flex Technologies)

What you will do

• Manage the Quality Assurance team at the Advanced Flex Technologies plant, including performance evaluations, goal setting, KPIs, and plant quality objectives.
• Maintain and improve the ISO 9001 quality management system and conduct internal audits.
• Prepare quality performance reports, coordinate quality methods, and support customer quality and complaint responsiveness.
• Evaluate product conformance and yields, using Statistical Process Control to drive process and production improvements.
• Coordinate metrology MSA and Gage R&R studies, inspection tooling, process documentation, and control plans.
• Control internal and external nonconformance, oversee corrective actions and MRB processes, and reduce defects and inspection requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science/Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 7 years of related Quality and/or Manufacturing experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing direct reports.
• Experience with statistical software such as Minitab or JMP and statistical techniques including DOE, control charts, MSA, Gage R&R, and ANOVA.
• ISO 9001 audit experience, strong troubleshooting and leadership skills, and experience with MS Office and ERP systems.

Nice to have

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
