Director of Quality and EHS

What you will do

• Define and implement the quality vision, mission, policies, and procedures.
• Lead the Quality Management System and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Drive product, plant, supplier, project, and service quality improvements, including warranty reduction, customer satisfaction, and cost-of-poor-quality initiatives.
• Lead internal and external audits, corrective actions, regulatory compliance, and certification activities.
• Manage environmental, health, and safety programs, reporting, KPIs, risk mitigation, and third-party safety service providers.
• Develop the Quality department and strengthen accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and leadership capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in quality and EHS management, preferably in material handling automation or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems and expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Experience obtaining and maintaining ISO certifications, leading audits, corrective actions, compliance programs, and certification activities.
• Demonstrated leadership in quality, safety, environmental improvement, team development, coaching, and succession planning.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or professional certification such as CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, or CSP.
• Experience in material handling automation industries.
