What you will do

• Define and drive the GTM strategy for QuickBooks Payments in the mid-market segment, including positioning and messaging.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance to execute monetization strategies and pricing models that scale revenue.
• Identify and develop channel and integration partnerships to unlock net-new distribution.
• Analyze customer journeys and product data to surface growth opportunities and inform investment decisions.
• Serve as the primary link between the Payments business and broader hirify.global stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
• Lead mid-market input into 3-year strategic planning to optimize customer value and portfolio growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product marketing, strategy, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of success in high-growth, complex environments.
• Deep understanding of mid-market AR/AP workflows and payment acceptance dynamics.
• Strong ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive-level presentations.
• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Payments or Merchant Services in enterprise or mid-market segments.
• Technical proficiency with Tableau or Qlik for data analysis.
