Director, Product Marketing (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and lead a high-performing global Product Marketing team.
• Develop and evolve the value proposition for payment and platform product lines.
• Own the go-to-market playbook for new product launches and feature releases.
• Create sales enablement collateral to help commercial teams articulate differentiated value.
• Analyze customer and competitor insights to inform product messaging and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, and Strategy teams to drive adoption of premium tiers.

Requirements

• 15+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on B2B Product Marketing.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
• Deep experience in either SaaS or FinTech industries.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven orientation.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
