Salary: $200,000 - $215,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Strategic Account Executives to win new enterprise logos and displace competitors.
- Own and deliver the strategic segment’s annual bookings plan with an emphasis on new logo acquisition.
- Drive pipeline generation through outbound prospecting and account-based engagement.
- Act as an executive sponsor for the largest and most complex opportunities, including C-level prospecting and negotiation.
- Build and execute account-level strategic plans, identifying whitespace and mapping decision-makers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solution Consulting, RevOps, and Marketing to accelerate deal cycles.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- 5+ years of sales management experience leading teams of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding bookings targets and acquiring new logos.
- Proven experience owning retention outcomes for high-value enterprise accounts.
- Ability to lead multi-product sales motions and close complex, high-value deals.
- Must be based in the USA.

- Experience leveraging AI to improve productivity and deal development efficiency.
- Experience operating within a PE-backed B2B SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with the Customer Success platform landscape and competitive dynamics.
