What you will do

• Build and maintain effective relationships with workers' compensation carriers and state agencies.
• Support the renewal process for insurance programs to drive cost efficiencies and market competitiveness.
• Monitor premium costs and develop strategies to maintain competitive pricing while ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with client service and product teams to enhance benefits delivery and resolve complex insurance issues.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including all reporting and claims management documentation.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, claims documentation, and regulatory monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Demonstrated experience in workers' compensation insurance operations within a US-based PEO environment.
• Fluent in English
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools to support insurance workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hirify.global environment.
