What you will do

• Manage contingent labor compliance and worker classification to mitigate misclassification and co-employment risks.
• Support the design and implementation of the Global HR Compliance framework and governance model.
• Conduct research on global employment laws and provide process and policy change recommendations.
• Prepare for and respond to internal and external compliance audits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Procurement, and business leaders to ensure regulatory alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Compliance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of worker classification and global contingent labor requirements.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of employment and labor laws in NA, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
• Experience with Workday HCM technology.
• Exceptional analytical and research skills for complex regulatory environments.
