Salary: $96,000 – $125,000

What you will do

• Project manage enterprise onboarding and integrations to ensure timely and successful launches.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to translate customer goals into executable technical setups and adoption plans.
• Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, and business transformation strategies.
• Develop best practices and assets based on customer engagements to support scalability.
• Act as a customer advocate internally to drive value realization and improve the user experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US or UK.
• Solid working knowledge of web technologies, REST APIs, and databases.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and troubleshooting cloud platforms.
• Ability to perform data analysis to identify key performance indicators.
• BA/BS or Undergraduate degree required.
• No visa sponsorship available at this time.

Nice to have

• 3-5+ years of Technical Account Management or Sales Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages used with APIs.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, ATO prevention, or SOAR/SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, XSOar).
• Familiarity with SaaS enterprise platforms.
