What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance on EGM and ETG equipment according to Gaming Commission standards.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and functional testing to ensure proper machine operation.
• Manage daily status verification via Management Terminals and maintain detailed technical logs.
• Assemble and prepare accessories for installations as required by change orders.
• Complete accurate incident reports and adhere to strict safety and field service procedures.
• Review technical issues with management and technical leads to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and pass background investigations.
• Minimum one year of experience in assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, mechanics, and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to interpret technical schematics and manuals.
