What you will do

  • Develop industry messaging, solution positioning, and use-case narratives aligned with the product strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional GTM execution and product launch planning to drive adoption across existing and new customers.
  • Build and manage customer advocacy initiatives, including case studies, references, and external storytelling.
  • Create vertical-focused sales materials and enablement content to support pipeline generation and expansion.
  • Translate technical AI and product capabilities into clear, customer-focused narratives for both business and technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Demand Generation teams to amplify industry narratives across GTM programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product, Customer, or Solutions Marketing within SaaS, AI, or Contact Center technology.
  • Proven ability to develop industry messaging, customer stories, and sales enablement content.
  • Expertise in translating complex technical concepts into impactful customer narratives.
  • Experience managing customer advocacy programs and reference management.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams.
