What you will do

• Coach and lead a high-performing team of Client Partners and Client Account Managers.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding partnerships with the world's largest Entertainment brands.
• Cultivate and manage C-level relationships with clients and agencies to advocate for Reddit.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Enablement, Measurement, Insights, and Creative Strategy teams to identify client solutions.
• Develop and execute business strategies to exceed revenue targets for the assigned book of business.
• Advise sales leadership and product management on market opportunities and sales positioning.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in digital media sales and/or marketing.
• 3+ years of people management experience within sales.
• Expertise in digital media with a strong emphasis on paid social.
• Must be based in person in Los Angeles.
• Proven track record of engaging with executive-level Entertainment stakeholders and navigating complex organizations.
• Experience with direct advertiser sales, including negotiations and management of strategic partnerships.
