What you will do

• Manage a complex, global requisition portfolio spanning technical (AI/ML, Engineering, Data) and non-technical functions.
• Source and engage candidates at the intersection of AI, product, and engineering.
• Partner with leadership as a thought partner to align on role strategy and manage candidate pipelines.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to the development of a best-in-class Talent Acquisition team.
• Build proactive pipelines for strategic, hard-to-fill roles with a focus on quality hires.
• Lead the adoption of AI fluency and tooling within the recruiting function.

Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in high-growth tech companies or fast-paced startup environments.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for AI, ML, Data Science, or adjacent technical functions.
• Proven track record of mentoring or leading peers.
• Hands-on experience with AI sourcing tools, ATS, and third-party recruiting software.
• Must be based in or able to work from Mountain View, US.
