TL;DR

Senior Manager, Recruiting (SaaS): Leading and growing the talent acquisition function with an accent on end-to-end recruiting strategy and team leadership. Focus on scaling GTM, Product, and Engineering teams while optimizing hiring pipelines and metrics.

Location: Remote (US or Canada). Office located in Austin, Texas.

Salary: $160,000 – $200,000

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2–5 recruiters.
  • Own and execute recruiting strategies for GTM, Product, Engineering, and G&A functions.
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for senior and critical-path roles.
  • Collaborate with department heads to translate headcount needs into executable pipelines.
  • Define and track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance) to drive process improvements.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies and manage external recruiting partnerships.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a team lead or management capacity.
  • Proven track record of filling technical and GTM roles within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong data orientation and ability to use metrics to drive hiring decisions.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify) or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience working at a high-growth startup (Series B–D).
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and offer strategy.
  • Experience optimizing ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
