What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI Platform Architects, supporting their technical execution and career development.
• Oversee delivery of implementations to ensure high-quality flows are aligned with customer outcomes.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to ensure architecture aligns with best practices and scales effectively.
• Drive operational excellence by streamlining project planning, documentation, and testing.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to channel market insights into platform improvements and roadmap prioritization.
• Support hiring and onboarding to scale the team with top talent.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise software or healthcare tech.
• 3-5+ years of experience managing technical teams.
• Background in implementation, solution architecture, or systems integration.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer and internal engagements.
• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience working with LLMs, prompt engineering, or automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of health system technologies such as EHRs, CRMs, or care coordination tools.
