What you will do

• Oversee and supervise engineering teams, including other managers, to deliver products in the digital transformation portfolio.
• Collaborate with product management, architecture, and business users in the US and Canada to align technical delivery with business vision.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of large-scale, high-performance enterprise SaaS cloud-based platforms.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise applications using modern LLM platforms such as Gemini, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
• Promote a DevOps mindset and implement software industry best practices to optimize development and delivery processes.
• Manage hiring, salary decisions, performance reviews, and mentorship for the engineering organization.

Requirements

• BS, MS, MBA, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering building modular or headless applications at scale.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in engineering or similar technical management roles.
• Proficiency in C++, C#, Python, PostgreSQL, and event-driven microservices.
• Experience architecting and operating high-availability applications in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS).
• Must be based in the United States to qualify for regional compensation and benefits.

Nice to have

• Experience with integration tools like Mulesoft, Tibco, or Workato.
• Technical knowledge of SAP legacy systems.
