Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year + variable component

What you will do
- Manage inbound lead engagement across website, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct targeted research and outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate and execute lead generation strategies for trade shows and webinars.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an SDR or similar sales role.
- Must be based in the US.
- Proven track record of meeting lead generation and qualification metrics.
- Experience with Salesforce, Gong Engage, and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in Behavioral Health, SUD, Home Health, or Hospice sectors.
