Location: Must be based in San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland, or Denver; flexibility to work remote is available.
Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 (Base), OTE $240,000 – $280,000 plus equity.

What you will do
- Research, identify, and target potential clients within the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, focusing on regulatory strategy and technology leaders.
- Execute outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social media in partnership with the Marketing team to generate demand.
- Manage the full sales pipeline from initial qualification and stakeholder mapping to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the Product team to stay current on AI capabilities and provide customer feedback for roadmap priorities.
- Maintain accurate lead interactions and pipeline data using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Tableau, and Salesforce.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to drive prospect attendance for webinars and podcasts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or software sales within life sciences, pharma, biotech, or clinical research industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is required.
- Experience with SaaS or document management solutions and documented contract sales experience are required.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for prospect meetings and industry events.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for influencing senior-level decision-makers.
- Knowledge of FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines is a plus.
