Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate communication and project success.
• Proactively identify and drive improvements to increase the stability and scale of technical infrastructure.
• Conduct periodic meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain visibility of technical projects.
• Manage complex support issues and act as a direct point of escalation for high-impact cases.
• Anticipate downstream impacts of platform changes and mitigate risks for customers.
• Provide customer feedback and opportunities to internal product and development groups.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Proven work experience in a TAM, Project Manager, or similar client-facing role.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, from tactical to executive.
