Location: Remote (USA). Note: Travel to Mississauga or Salt Lake City offices is required for onboarding and team events.
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year.

What you will do
- Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate communication and project success.
- Proactively identify and drive improvements to increase the stability and scale of technical infrastructure.
- Conduct periodic meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain visibility of technical projects.
- Manage complex support issues and act as a direct point of escalation for high-impact cases.
- Anticipate downstream impacts of platform changes and mitigate risks for customers.
- Provide customer feedback and opportunities to internal product and development groups.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- Proven work experience in a TAM, Project Manager, or similar client-facing role.
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels, from tactical to executive.
