TL;DR
Solutions Consultant (Compensation Data & Insights): Helping customers understand and apply compensation data to real business decisions with an accent on benchmarking logic and survey methodology. Focus on translating complex market insights into executive-level narratives to drive pay equity, attraction, and retention strategies.
Location: Remote (United States). Note: Cannot hire in Quebec, Northern Ireland, and Hawaii.
Salary: $114,960 – $172,440 OTE

What you will do
- Advise customers on how to price jobs, benchmark roles, and manage internal equity.
- Diagnose data quality issues, coverage gaps, and confidence challenges in existing compensation approaches.
- Explain compensation data methodology, sources, and reliability with clarity and credibility.
- Translate complex compensation data into narratives that resonate with HR, Finance, and executive stakeholders.
- Partner with Account Managers and Executives to support deal strategy and technical validation.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in compensation, compensation consulting, or survey analytics.
- Deep understanding of compensation benchmarking, job pricing, and market data interpretation.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior HR, Total Rewards, and Finance leaders.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Background in compensation surveys or labor market analytics firms.
- Familiarity with statistical concepts such as percentiles and distributions.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level compensation programs.
- Prior exposure to pre-sales or customer-facing advisory roles.
