Salary: $203,000 - $254,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Design and execute technical enablement plans, workshops, and coaching to build partner autonomy.
• Act as an observability architect for high-value opportunities, managing complex solution design and Proofs of Value (POVs).
• Orchestrate collaborations between internal teams (AEs, SCs, TSMs) and partners to ensure customer success.
• Manage project-level discipline, tracking risks and resource utilization in central systems.
• Channel partner and customer insights back to internal Product and Practice teams to influence the roadmap.
• Oversee partner-led project delivery and quality assurance to ensure high CSAT targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or senior engineering with a cloud focus.
• Deep technical mastery of Observability concepts including APM, Infrastructure, and Log Management.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build sustainable technical businesses within partner networks (SIs, MSPs).
• Strong project management discipline and experience in capacity planning.
