Location: Must be based in the United States (Fully remote with ~10% travel).
Salary: $180,000–$190,000 annually.

What you will do
- Engage with health plan executives as a thought partner to advise on market trends and utilization management best practices.
- Lead the consultative process to scope client partnerships and build business cases for transformation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on sales calls, leading demonstrations and articulating platform differentiation.
- Collaborate with sales, implementation, and product teams to refine internal processes and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve the enterprise sales model for scalability and impact.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 7-10 years of experience in a similar role within health-tech, healthcare consulting, or health plans.
- Deep experience selling into or working with health insurance plans across various lines of business.
- Strong understanding of health plan technology systems, including claims platforms, CM/UM systems, and data analytics.
- Demonstrated analytical ability with experience in financial analysis and ROI modeling.
- Ability to travel for prospect meetings as required.

- Graduate degree (MBA, MPH, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in complex enterprise technology sales.
- Project management experience.
