What you will do

• Execute industry conference participation, including booth logistics, attendee outreach, lead capture, and on-site coordination.
• Manage end-to-end webinar production from speaker coordination to platform setup and follow-up.
• Lead the operational execution of the annual customer summit, including budget management, logistics, and run of show.
• Coordinate logistics for customer events, including venue selection, catering, and communications.
• Track event budgets and process vendor invoices and contracts.
• Report event performance metrics, including lead volume and survey results, to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in event marketing, management, or operations.
• Proven track record executing B2B events, conferences, and webinars.
• Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, and event platforms.
• Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail.
• Must be based in the US (E-Verify participant).
