Salary: $130,000 — $142,000 USD

What you will do

• Promote genomic diagnostic products (Afirma and Xpression Atlas) to clinicians and medical staff in hospitals and offices.
• Identify and close new business opportunities while growing and maintaining existing accounts.
• Navigate complex health systems to reinforce value propositions with key stakeholders, including Endocrinologists, Pathologists, and Surgeons.
• Establish and implement repeatable protocols for the collection and ordering of genomic diagnostic products.
• Analyze territory data to develop and execute actionable strategic plans to exceed goals.
• Collaborate with internal teammates to maintain and grow business across the entire testing portfolio.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in medical diagnostics, medical devices, or biopharmaceuticals with a track record of meeting goals.
• Bachelor's degree required; science-based degrees in biology or chemistry are preferred.
• Proven experience calling on complex health systems, IDNs, and Academic institutions.
• Aptitude for conducting clinical sales both in-person and virtually.
• Must be based in or able to cover the Nashville, TN territory.
• Ability to perform regular business travel, including overnights.
