What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies to drive customer engagement, growth, and retention with a focus on reducing churn.
- Manage key client relationships across the programmatic ecosystem, including SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, agencies, and publishers.
- Guide customers in achieving business goals regarding ad fraud prevention and privacy compliance.
- Utilize a data-driven approach to monitor engagement metrics, team KPIs, and account health.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Stay current with the competitive landscape and emerging industry standards.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in client-facing customer success, technical account management, or technical sales within the digital advertising technology sector.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing customer success teams and achieving revenue goals.
- Deep understanding of Invalid Traffic (IVT) and viewability in digital advertising.
- Expertise in programmatic advertising across desktop, mobile web, in-app, and OTT/CTV channels.
- Expert communication skills capable of driving business opportunities in C-level conversations.
