What you will do

  • Manage and cultivate multiple VIP client relationships as the primary point of contact.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the Ad Operations team to facilitate campaign launches and management.
  • Deliver comprehensive reporting and actionable insights to clients.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and resolve issues before they arise.
  • Lead client-facing calls and communicate strategies and results with confidence.
  • Mentor and lead more junior Client Service Managers.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in client service or account management within an advertising agency.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of advertising industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Must be based in the USA.
