What you will do

  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, setting a high bar for quality and business partnership.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level leaders on organizational design and workforce planning.
  • Drive the build-out of the HRBP function, defining its operating model and scalability.
  • Coach leaders through high-stakes people decisions, including performance management and promotions.
  • Build and own scalable people frameworks and management toolkits for a growing organization.
  • Act as a bridge between business leaders and the broader People team to align strategy with action.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in HR, with experience in a senior HRBP role and a track record of leading HR teams.
  • Experience building or scaling an HRBP function, including defining the operating model.
  • Proven ability to influence and advise at the executive level.
  • Strong experience managing complex employee relations and workplace investigations.
  • Deep working knowledge of US employment practices (UK exposure is a plus).
  • Experience in high-growth or technology environments.
