What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, including investigations and complex workplace scenarios.
- Coach managers on performance management, feedback delivery, and documentation to maintain high standards.
- Partner with leaders to align company strategy with people practices and mitigate organizational risks.
- Manage the end-to-end immigration process, partnering with external law firms for H-1B and green card sponsorships.
- Oversee performance cycles, goal-setting, and team structure planning to enable strong performance.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 7–10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HRBP in high-growth or complex environments.
- Deep expertise in employee relations and manager coaching.
- Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver results with minimal onboarding time in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort operating synchronously and asynchronously in a remote-first setting.
- Strong business judgment and high degree of discretion in communication.
