What you will do

• Administer and maintain Windows servers and IIS environments.
• Coordinate and implement security patches and system updates.
• Monitor system performance and respond to alerts to ensure high availability.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide operational support.
• Manage user access and account support requests.
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and cybersecurity teams on system improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Systems Administration experience.
• Strong experience with Windows Server and IIS administration.
• Must be able to pass IRS High-Risk Background Investigation and drug screening.
• Experience with patch management and system monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills.
• Experience supporting secure, enterprise-level environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with SCOM or other enterprise monitoring tools.
• Experience supporting federal government environments.
• Familiarity with high-availability systems and SLA-driven operations.
• Knowledge of FISMA and NIST compliance standards.
