What you will do

• Manage macOS and Windows fleets end-to-end, enforcing CIS controls using Jamf and Microsoft Intune.
• Develop Bash and PowerShell Worklets to automate endpoint actions and close compliance gaps.
• Govern identity and SaaS access provisioning across Google Workspace, Atlassian, and GitHub.
• Administer IAM and cloud access governance across AWS and Azure accounts.
• Design and deploy workflow automations to integrate IT and SaaS systems and remove repetitive work.
• Manage the internal ticket queue, handling Level 1 and escalated Level 2 requests within SLAs.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in IT systems administration, ideally within a cloud-first SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Jamf and Microsoft Intune for endpoint management.
• Experience managing cloud access and IAM in AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with identity platforms (Google Workspace, Atlassian, GitHub) and SOAR or equivalent automation tools.
• Must be able to pass a federal, state, and county background check.
