TL;DR
Enterprise Account Executive (Cybersecurity): Driving revenue growth and expanding market presence for identity management solutions with an accent on complex enterprise sales cycles and relationship development. Focus on identifying net new logos, orchestrating multi-stakeholder deals, and consistently exceeding ARR targets within the Alabama and Mississippi territory.
Location: Must be based in Alabama or Mississippi. This role requires in-person onboarding in San Francisco for the first two days.
Salary: $260,000 – $358,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to generate net new business and pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship development to contract negotiation and closing.
- Orchestrate complex deals across diverse business stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with channel partners, sales engineering, and internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
- Champion the platform through presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of direct field sales experience selling enterprise cloud software or infrastructure.
- Proven track record of closing six-figure software deals and overachieving sales quotas.
- Experience selling to C-suite executives with strong executive presence.
- Deep understanding of target account selling and consultative sales techniques.
- Must be based in Alabama or Mississippi.
- Ability to travel to San Francisco for initial in-person onboarding.
Nice to have
- Experience with MEDDIC or Challenger sales methodologies.
- MBA degree.
