What you will do

  • Own and grow a named list of Fortune 100 and large enterprise accounts using a consultative, MEDDIC-based approach.
  • Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process from initial discovery and solution design to negotiation and close.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, economic buyers, and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Solutions Consulting to generate pipeline and deliver tailored demos.
  • Provide field feedback to influence the product roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry conferences and executive briefings across North America.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding quota.
  • Proven success closing six-figure+ enterprise deals with complex buying committees.
  • Experience with long sales cycles (minimum 6+ months).
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience selling fintech, payments, eCommerce, SaaS, or platform-based solutions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Nice to have

  • Established relationships within top 500 eCommerce, retail, or digital-first brands.
  • Deep knowledge of the online payments ecosystem, fraud prevention, and risk management.
  • Experience selling into multi-region or global enterprise organizations.
