What you will do

  • Establish and lead a dedicated process re-engineering team to support the Life business.
  • Define and deliver end-to-end process transformation and automation strategies across multiple functions.
  • Drive measurable improvements in operational metrics by establishing clear OKRs and KPIs.
  • Act as a primary change agent, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with technology partners to determine appropriate tooling and standardized analytical approaches.
  • Make high-level decisions regarding cost, risk, pace, and workforce impact in ambiguous environments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-wide change and integration programmes at scale.
  • Strong track record in re-designing, improving, and automating processes within large, regulated organizations.
  • Credible operator at MD, ExCo, and Board level with the ability to influence strategic decisions.
  • Deep understanding of risk management and controls within a regulated financial services sector.
  • Ability to lead and deliver outcomes without direct line ownership of large teams.
  • Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability to translate strategy into operational reality.
