What you will do
- Establish and lead a dedicated process re-engineering team to support the Life business.
- Define and deliver end-to-end process transformation and automation strategies across multiple functions.
- Drive measurable improvements in operational metrics by establishing clear OKRs and KPIs.
- Act as a primary change agent, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with technology partners to determine appropriate tooling and standardized analytical approaches.
- Make high-level decisions regarding cost, risk, pace, and workforce impact in ambiguous environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-wide change and integration programmes at scale.
- Strong track record in re-designing, improving, and automating processes within large, regulated organizations.
- Credible operator at MD, ExCo, and Board level with the ability to influence strategic decisions.
- Deep understanding of risk management and controls within a regulated financial services sector.
- Ability to lead and deliver outcomes without direct line ownership of large teams.
- Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability to translate strategy into operational reality.
