What you will do

• Develop and test cutting-edge AI infrastructure to optimize machine learning applications across global platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and product managers to deploy AI solutions at scale.
• Implement robust, high-performance software systems with a focus on efficiency and security.
• Lead technical initiatives for validation, deployment, and real-world monitoring of AI models.
• Orchestrate workflows and integrate diverse data sources and SaaS platforms using APIs.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of software engineering experience.
• Fluency in .NET, Python, or Java.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or equivalent.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (GM does not provide immigration sponsorship).
• Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice to have

• Experience with natural language AI (customization, summarization, translation).
• Knowledge of distributed systems and API development.
• Experience integrating with tools like Slack, Workday, ServiceNow, or Copilot.
