Senior AI Integrator (AI/ML): Leading the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML solutions for Civil Engineering operations with an accent on custom neural networks and secure DoD infrastructure. Location: Fully onsite (5 days/week) in Westover Air Reserve Base, Chicopee, MA. U.S. Citizenship required.

Salary: $167,662–$196,512 per year

What you will do

• Design, train, and deploy custom AI/ML models, including deep learning and neural networks, for Civil Engineering use cases.
• Architect and execute large-scale data pipelines for preparing, labeling, and validating structured and unstructured datasets.
• Set up and manage the full development lifecycle, including test and production environments within secure boundaries.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage containerization using Docker and Kubernetes within a DevSecOps framework.
• Build and maintain backend systems and REST/GraphQL services using Django and PostgreSQL.
• Lead model retraining, performance monitoring, and conduct monthly technical training for Air Force personnel.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be based in or work fully onsite in Chicopee, MA.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of professional experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or data science.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying custom AI/ML models (neural networks, deep learning).
• Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, Python, and Django.

Nice to have

• Experience working in secure and air-gapped environments.
