What you will do

• Design and implement large-scale distributed systems for the Kiro Autonomous Agent.
• Develop reliable infrastructure using compute services, container orchestration, and networking protocols.
• Apply rigorous engineering principles to ensure system performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Implement infrastructure as code and maintain operational integrity through observability engineering.
• Collaborate on technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship within the engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of complex systems.
• Substantive proficiency in compute systems (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing).
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead engineering teams.
