What you will do

• Execute enterprise technology diligence workstreams for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Assess core enterprise applications, infrastructure, cloud hosting models, and data platforms.
• Analyze IT operating models, governance, and service delivery to identify investment risks.
• Develop structured diligence deliverables that connect technology findings to business impact.
• Support integration and separation planning, including cloud migration and rationalization.
• Collaborate with Financial Due Diligence, Cyber, and Strategy teams for enterprise-wide delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology diligence, IT advisory, or tech consulting supporting transactions.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, deployment models, and technology cost structures.
• Experience working on Private Equity-backed transactions.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.
• Experience with SaaS, digital platforms, or technology-enabled business models.

• Exposure to AI-enabled initiatives, automation, or data platforms.
• Experience supporting integration or separation initiatives in M&A environments.
• Interest in developing technology strategy and value creation perspectives.
