Salary: $157,500 – $280,800 per year.

What you will do

• Advise and implement full-stack solutions using the hirify.global platform.
• Assist partners in delivering best-in-class services to scale product impact.
• Develop new service offerings based on market and customer needs.
• Scope, estimate, and sell professional services engagements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers building complex internal tools.
• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex technical problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Customer Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with full-stack development including SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and Python.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
• Exceptional technical communication skills for bridging business and technical requirements.
• Must be based in the US or UK to be eligible for employment.
