What you will do
- Act as day-to-day leader of Talent Acquisition during the Director of People’s leave period.
- Manage, coach, and develop the recruiting team; set expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
- Own recruiting KPI reporting and performance management (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance, recruiter productivity, and hiring manager satisfaction).
- Identify hiring risks and bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep recruiting on track.
- Lead intake meetings and develop sourcing strategies for critical, hard-to-fill roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for key searches and build pipelines across Product Management, Digital Product, Product Design, and UX/UI.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the United States.
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 3+ years managing recruiters, sourcers, and/or recruiting coordinators.
- Proven success leading recruiting teams and holding teams accountable to hiring goals and KPIs.
- Experience building recruiting metrics, reporting, and performance management frameworks.
- Deep expertise recruiting Product Management, Product Design, UX/UI, and Digital Product talent.
- Experience hiring across both North America and Europe.
