TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Coordinator (HR): Managing end-to-end interview logistics and candidate experience for a high-growth AI cloud platform with an accent on scheduling, data integrity, and stakeholder coordination. Focus on optimizing recruiting workflows in Greenhouse and delivering a seamless onsite/virtual interview process.

Location: Hybrid (Livingston, NJ / New York, NY). Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office. Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, ensuring seamless scheduling and execution.
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by supporting in-person interview days and maintaining polished communication.
  • Manage job postings and requisition creation within Greenhouse to ensure accurate candidate-facing information.
  • Maintain candidate and requisition data across Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication and onsite support.
  • Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on talent acquisition projects and operational scaling initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination, ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive confidential information.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting technical recruiting teams.
  • Familiarity with Confluence or similar collaborative workflow tools.
  • Exposure to HR systems and project-based talent acquisition initiatives.
