Location: Hybrid (Livingston, NJ / New York, NY). Remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office. Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end coordination and logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, ensuring seamless scheduling and execution.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience by supporting in-person interview days and maintaining polished communication.
- Manage job postings and requisition creation within Greenhouse to ensure accurate candidate-facing information.
- Maintain candidate and requisition data across Greenhouse, Zoom, Confluence, and Google Workspace.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing clear communication and onsite support.
- Partner with recruiters and HR leadership on talent acquisition projects and operational scaling initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Proven experience coordinating a high volume of interviews across multiple teams and time zones.
- Proficiency with Greenhouse, Candidate.FYI, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
- Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive confidential information.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting technical recruiting teams.
- Familiarity with Confluence or similar collaborative workflow tools.
- Exposure to HR systems and project-based talent acquisition initiatives.
