What you will do

• Develop storyboards and finalize comprehensive training packages.
• Create and configure virtual learning environments based on technical instructions.
• Collaborate on graphic design, AI voice integration, and video production for company projects.
• Mentor junior colleagues and provide feedback to enhance the training creation process.
• Manage training materials and support the localization process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for eLearning distribution.
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and PowerPoint.
• English: B2 level required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Bratislava.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of AfterEffects, JavaScript, HTML5, or other coding languages.
• Familiarity with Articulate products.
