What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end GTM strategy, execution, and budget for BLC Near Me, from positioning to merchant retention.
  • Design and launch a new sales motion for small local retailers, including lead sources, pitch playbooks, and pricing.
  • Define and launch a Freemium listings model specifically for the small local retailer channel.
  • Develop a marketing engine covering content strategy, channel experimentation, and performance reporting.
  • Configure HubSpot to manage the pipeline, automation, sequences, and revenue forecasting.
  • Manage funnel metrics (CAC, conversion, retention) and oversee merchant onboarding and lifecycle growth.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading combined sales and marketing GTM functions with revenue accountability.
  • Proven track record of building acquisition motions for small local retailers or SMEs.
  • Hands-on experience specifying and implementing HubSpot (or similar CRM) for pipeline automation.
  • Strong growth marketing capability in messaging iteration and performance measurement.
  • Commercial expertise in unit economics, payback, and scalable revenue levers.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work hybrid from Leicestershire or London.
