Salary: $56,000–$70,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage the full order lifecycle, including entry into ERP systems and customer onboarding.
• Coordinate production and delivery schedules by interfacing with Sales and Manufacturing teams.
• Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and manage returns and repair quotations.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, including ITAR and end-user certification.
• Support finance with collections and documentation for complex international transactions.
• Participate in process assessments to improve customer support efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Must be able to work on-site in Boulder, CO.
• Two years of experience in customer support, inside sales, or contract administration.
• Experience with ERP software and Microsoft Suite.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and compliance terms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Salesforce proficiency.
