What you will do
- Maintain the CRM system and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and web.
- Coordinate field service work and maintain onsite schedules for clients.
- Provide administrative support for calibration laboratory computer systems.
- Handle shipping and receiving duties as required.
- Process calibration documentation for technicians and generate quotes.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with ITAR export controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
