What you will do

• Enter and manage customer orders received via email, telephone, fax, or online systems.
• Provide direct customer order support and resolve issues via email and telephone.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Customer Service to assist with customer needs and paperwork preparation.
• Escalate customer concerns to appropriate departments and assist in finding resolutions.
• Coordinate warranty orders with the Customer Service team.
• Manage office supply inventory.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Strong customer support skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
