TL;DR

Customer Support Specialist (Customer Service): Assisting the customer support team with data entry and order management tasks in Salesforce and SAP with an accent on accuracy and efficiency. Focus on processing customer purchase orders, managing RMAs, and ensuring timely item availability confirmations within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Must be based in Boulder, CO, USA (On-site)

Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Process customer purchase orders and related documentation.
  • Enter and manage data within Salesforce and SAP systems.
  • Assist with item availability confirmations and date management.
  • Set up RMAs for customer returns.
  • Communicate clearly with internal departments and support representatives.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in Boulder, CO
  • One year of experience in customer support, inside sales, or contract administration.
  • Previous experience with ERP software, specifically Salesforce or SAP.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or B2B environment.
